1. FRP tank purchase inspection control points

a. The raw and auxiliary materials and accessories of FRP storage tanks are selected from qualified suppliers for fixed-point procurement.
b. Incoming inspection shall be carried out regardless of whether or not measures are taken for verification at the supplier.
c. The glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank conducts surface density and linear density tests, moisture content and organic content tests on glass fiber products (including glass fiber surface felt, glass fiber knitted felt, and glass fiber yarn), and can be released only when they meet the raw and auxiliary materials and acceptance indicators.
d. The glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank shall check the viscosity, solid content and gel time of the resin, and it can be used only if it meets the requirements.
e. In addition to the physical and chemical performance testing of raw and auxiliary materials, the appearance, quantity and packaging should also be tested. The physical and chemical performance testing should be carried out by sampling.

2. FRP storage tank process inspection

The process inspection implements a self-inspection system. The product is self-inspected by the operator in each process of batching, lining, winding, trimming, demoulding, and assembly, and the next process will inspect the previous process. The inspection contents are mainly appearance and size, and the inspection results are filled in the product quality process inspection record, one record for each product, and the product number corresponds to the process inspection record number.

3. Inspection of finished FRP storage tanks

The inner surface of the FRP storage tank should be smooth and clean, free of impurities, exposed fibers, no visible cracks, no obvious scratches, defects, whitening and delamination; the outer surface should be smooth, no exposed fibers, no obvious bubbles and serious color loss. all.

The thickness of each part of the FRP storage tank shall not be less than 95% of the design thickness.
The taper of the inner wall of the FRP storage tank should be no more than 10, and the deviation of the inner diameter should be no more than ±1%.
The total height deviation of the FRP storage tank shall not be greater than ±0.5% of the design value.
Apply a load of 1110N on any 100mm×100mm area on the outer surface of the head on the FRP tank, and the head must not have permanent deformation and cracks.

The azimuth deviation of the flange connection shall not be greater than 6.4, and the angle deviation shall meet the requirements of the following table: Leakage test: fill the storage tank with clean water, and the storage tank shall be subjected to hydrostatic pressure for 48 hours, and no leakage shall be observed.
